Ahh, dear me. I've chosen my next 99 skill to be defense. Now i'm not too combat savvy, so what i wish to know is:

 

 

 

1) What is the fastest way of Training Defense?

 

2) What is the cheapest way of training Defense?

 

3) What is the most efficient way of Training Defense?

Zombie monkies: 103k XP, 190k profit, decent charms (100k worth)

 

Green dragons: 45k XP, 650k profit, good charms (200k worth)

 

 

 

Those two training spots are light years beyond anywhere else.

2 - incorrect. Slayer is around 100k profit per hour, Armored Zombies are double that
