I have 9 blackmarks on my account, and have had them for 2 and a half years they didnt accept my apology, and i got perm mute and forum ban for telling some kid to get a life, isnt that unfair?

 

 

 

Anyone have any ideas on how to ask jagex to unmute me and take away some black marks? PLZ HELP I'D LOVE TO KNOW!

Unfortunately for you I think they removed their customer support page so there isnt anyway to get in touch with them but I could be wrong about that.

There is no way to contact Jagex if you have already used your appeal. Locking this as your question has been answered and as you know, all questions belong in Help & Advice, not in General Discussion. Also turning into a flame-fest.
