JoeDaStudd Posted January 15, 2009 Share Posted January 15, 2009 This isn't exactly what your asking for, but if you kill avianies or green dragons (praying on both due to your defence lvl) you'll make a lot of cash which you can then sell for runes. You'll be able to gain a lot more law runes this way. Laws aren't a think which you should kill monsters for as they only drop in them in small amounts. Back in my days of f2p I used to buy 100 at a time from sellers (this was before the GE, laws were 1kea if you bought low amounts but if you bought in 100's you got them for 500!)
