January 20, 200917 yr Use your judgement I would think, if it's a fairly recent topic like within the last 3 days or so but it isn't very popular(say it's dropped quite a few pages) then make a new one. If it's an old topic but still gets a lot of views and posts then just post on that topic. Pirate Rosetta stone. Learn a language while you scape.Sounds interesting, but these days how many people really speak Pirate?
