The food should be lobsters/Monks. EDIT: just noticed your summoning level. Bring 3/4 terrorbird pouches per trip, and 1 summoning potion (4) and around 150-200 scrolls per trip. PKers can be a lot less forgiving when it comes to someone unarmed, although some will still take you down. So I would go with PVP if I was you! Trick with pvp leveling: take 4 items worth over 75k with you (preferably armor so you dont get 1/2 hitted) and dont get skulled (I usually take full elite and a whip, elite helm is barely over 75k though so i might want to reconsider). The cheapest part will be dropped if you die, but if someone starts attacking you, put up protect item to keep it.
