how far into lengends quest do i have to go to be able to complete rfd? and wat r all the skill requirements leading up to the point were i dont have to do lengends anymore?

if you click it on the quest list does it not show you al the stats you have/need? legends was until you were asked to go check out the khazari? jungle, possibly right at the start i'm not sure, but that's all ya needed it for

All you need to do is get into the jungle at the start of the quest. If you don't know where they are, on the south side. ;)
