January 24, 200917 yr Sorry, I can't really help you there with chincompas, because I personally prefer bronze knives at Yaks for range training. I'd like to say, however, that you don't need to bump your posts every 20 minutes. This forum is very active, but not very large. January 24, 200917 yr I used about 40k 90-99 and 85-90 is about 11k so total <50k chins (reds). Use void.

January 24, 200917 yr HERE is a good guide which is close to 2 years old but the information in it is still very helpful and rather accurate. I would also suggest using Void, I am unsure if it has been proven (yet) but it is probably going to end up being both more time efficient as well as more exp/hour than using an SC armor piece + Armadyl. Apparently, my signature was to big.
