The situation I have is that a user did something to their signature (Not sure what exactly), but whenever they post it will mess up the forum format:

When I try to use my Mod CP to edit their signature out, the edit button is gone.

Sounds like a forum bug or similar, you might have get some tech help from an IF staff member or something, I doubt there's anything you can do with css or other codes.
