guessing your f2p? i dunno if this will help but i did this quest at 70 range with 40 def with full green d'hide (studded top) and i killed him using 5 swordfish. now i sorta over ate to keep my hp at max at all times but i think you definitly could do it. If addy doesn't work out for you try full d'hide. your not gonna loose much either trip if you die so it wont be that bad. 200 bolts will be fine too. i used around 25 i think. oh yea and i stood 2 squares away so i only took firebreath. he hit a 10 max on me a couple times but i ate and atked again and it was over before i knew it.

 

 

 

all in all just try it, if you run out of food then run if you dont wanna die. worst case cenerario he could hit 10s each time but u can heal 14 or 12 each time. So theres no way you'll die if you still have food.

i don't know if i'm rich enough to buy swordfishes lol, i'll try to make money to buy some, and i'll also ask a friend to wait me outside with some food. =)

i think standing 2 squares away is dangerous, cause the dragon hits more fire firebreath than with his hand

Yes, it shouldn't be a problem.

 

 

 

I did it on f2p with 1 def and I was fine :)
