50-60 Smith/Craft

I know I have really low Smithing and Crafting levels for my combat level, and was hoping to get them both to 60. Crafting I'm planning on making flax into bs and selling for a profit, but my current flax to 60 is 10,175. I don't know how many its possible to do an hour anyways, if flax is the way to go how long would that take and how much profit would I have?

Quest Cape achieved on 27/4/09but nomad is preventing me to get it back...

New-wave tried to destroy the metal, but the metal had its way

Grunge then tried to dethrone the metal, but metal was in the way

Punk-rock tried to destroy the metal, but metal was much too strong

Techno tried to defile the metal, but techno was proven wrong

Yea!Metal!

It comes from hell!

For just 10k xp? Nah don't bother with flax or with the SC needle. Since you're literally minutes from the level, just make dhide (I think you can make green vambs by now? Maybe not?) or bracelets.

For smithing, I always say to make plates if you want the fastest, but costly xp. Use the SC Hammer to halve costs, or smelt gold w/ gauntlets. After you can make mith bolts, make those.

It's 10k flax, I made a mistake, not 10k exp. It's edited now though.

make gold amulets (3x as fast as flax and 1/3 the profit)

superheating mithril bars is a cheap method (roughly 20k loss per thousand casts but 53k mage and 30k smith xp gained)

1100 total achieved 03/02/09 880thousandth to reach it :P

1200 total achieved 29/09/11 1.23millionth to reach it :P

That's about 5 hours of flax spinning then. If I were you I'd make bracelets.

Is that not right? I vaguely remember my friend telling me is like 2k, or I might've remembered wrong. Somewhere in the 1k-2k range I'm certain.

Just do like emerald rings or sapphire bracelets for crafting, along with the best bstaves you can make at levels.

And mith bar -> mith bolts with SC hammers = ;)

If I would superheat, should I just drop the bars or keep them?
