hey as u can see im lvl 112 w/ 90attk 99str..ive decided to do some defence training i was wondering wat would be the easiest way to level defence up, wat monsters and so on

i usually just train my def at whatever i train att and str on

Spiders, third floor of the sos, bring str pot, fly fishing rod, and feathers, and you wont ever have to bank except for all the randoms things like gems you might recover...

ya...but thats only if you dont want drops...persoanlly i prefer some drops even if its just bones so i dont get totally bored

ahh, you should have said, grab a friend and head down to the roaches, ls the lvl 82s, or go 1 on 1 with the workers...

tbh i have enuf troubles hitting them w/ attk or strength..i wouldnt train there for defence atm im training on ice giants/warriors

you dont need a friend to kill soldiers...i do it alone all the time...you just need a decent defence
