With prayers like "Eagle Eye" that increase 'My Ranged by 15%' does that mean it increases my Range by 15% of my Range level? Or does it increase my Range by 15% of my total Range bonus (My total range, My Ranged level plus the range provided by my equipment)?

Although only 2/3 are actually usable. Don't bother training on cockroaches, while they may be decent for cash, they're terrible for exp. Train on flesh crawlers (2nd Level in the Stronghold of Security) if your defense is less than 85, if it's above 85 then train on giant spiders (3rd Level in the Stronghold of Security).

I think they should get skill capes but maples? Why? It just means moving or making a whole bunch of new maple trees and if you do that were do you put them? ibxtoycat did not say maples should be F2P. ibxtoycat said that Skillcapes should be F2P in a similar manner to that of the maple logs; obtainable only in P2P, but usable in F2P.

I love the amount of thought put into this post. I simply love it.

Don't care about negative effects? Don't see any reasons why F2P should receive skillcapes? How about this: You should realize that there are actually very few (pure) F2P players with 99's, this update would mostly be aimed towards ex-P2P players with 99 skills. The players who will benefit most from this update will hardly be 'leechers', they will, for the most part, be ex-P2P players who have gone F2P for whatever reason.
