Although only 2/3 are actually usable. Don't bother training on cockroaches, while they may be decent for cash, they're terrible for exp. Train on flesh crawlers (2nd Level in the Stronghold of Security) if your defense is less than 85, if it's above 85 then train on giant spiders (3rd Level in the Stronghold of Security). 100% F2P99 Defense, Tuesday February 10th 200999 Attack, Tuesday May 26th 200962,189th to get it
