Through the abyss you can get 42 runs per hour, 61 ess per run is easily over 2k. Ghraak runs are 55 seconds each I believe? ~It's Super Effective! I used a couple of charged glories (before I learned how to mount one D:) and dramen staff method. Only lightness boots, and no running speed recovs. The last time I did it this way, I had like 40 agil too.
