auguy18 Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 hi, ive been checking the forums for a while now trying to find someone with similar stats asking for monsters to train on but i haven't found anyone close enough to me. my stats are: attack - 63, strength - 60, defense - 60, hp - 61, range - 38, prayer - 43, magic - 52, and slayer - 30. what would be the best monster(s) for me to train on and what armour/weapons should i use to train. im trying to train up to 70 attack right now because i have an abyssal whip sitting in my bank account and then i planned on training defense up. but i'd like yall's advice on who i should train on, what i should use, and what i should train up first. im focusing on melee right now. current goal: get all stats onto the high scores boardnext goal: get all stats to 60 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The small amount of cash you can make will coem in handy later on. If not just try to grind away on cockraoch soldiers or monsters in the SoS. Zimbu Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 Slayer. When you get the requirements for the quest "Smoking Kills" i suggest you do it so that you can start getting slayer points early. It's going to be difficult at your levels so wear a ring of life and read the quest guide for which prayers to use in battles. When you get 130 attack and strenght combined you should go to the Warriors guild and get a rune defender. For armour dragon is best as long as you can't wear barrows, granite is very affrodable and rune is also good. Get a Berserker necklace and use it with obsidian weapons, preferably the obsidian split sword. The obsidian cape and dragon boots are both great pieces of equipment, but a bit expensive. Ring of life and the explorer's ring from Lumby diary are both inexpensive but functional choises for the ring slot. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Eventually when you get high combat and are capable of fighting creatures like Abyssal demons or Dark Beasts but your slayer isn't high enough, you'll long be maxed out before you have 80 slayer. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
