I am one of those players that were banned due to the recent penguins glitch.

 

 

 

Last Wednesday i went to exchange my points with larry, to be told by him that i have only spotted 2 penguins for that week, despite the fact that i spotted many more, there was a penguin just outside ardougane zoo, which i spotted, and went back to larry to see if my penguin count would change, which it did not, where by i stopped spotting penguins.

 

 

 

I did not cash in any of my penguin points that i collected for that week.

 

 

 

I also private messaged all my friends in game, to let them know that larry is not recognizing the number of penguins spotted, and told them not to bother with the mini game for that week until it was fixed.

 

 

 

To my surprise, while attempting to log in today (Saturday), i found myself banned.

 

 

 

I am not a newbie, I have a several year old lvl 137 account, with well over 1 bil, in coins and items.

 

 

 

I have had enough of Jagex incompetence, and I shall be seeking legal advice from a lawyer on Monday to reclaim the outstanding balance of my subscription, and to see what damages if any, i am able to claim off the company.

 

 

 

If any other players are in the same boat as I, and are interested in joining me in a class type legal action against Jagex please post here.
