Yeah... Anyone know the best way to start a clan? (I have no exp in the clan skill..)

I would, But all the clans I can get into at my combat lv. are [Cabbage]. And the " Clan " I'm in is just a place where noobs chat... :|

Get a few real life friends and start a clan that way, you'll have around 3 members already which should get you started.

 

Make a clan for 80+ or 90+ so more people will fit into the requirement.
