February 1, 200917 yr On Tip.It's description of the Mage's Book in the Item Database, The Mage's book is apparently the second best item in the game with Mage bonus's for the shield spot. I was wondering what the best is? I've had a look in the Magic skill guide but haven't really come up with anything, can anyone help? thanks. If it bleeds, We can kill it.
