you can't really make any profit fletching at any level

String yew longs. You'd make a profit of around 10-20k an hour.

Fletching used to be a quick 99 with decent money. Now it's just a quick 99.

Cut your own yew logs, spin your own bowstrings, make yew longbows. Then alch/sell. Only way I can think of.

most of the money would come from woodcutting and stringing flax, not from the fletching.

to have a profit you'll have to gather one of the materials yourself.. and then it'll prob not be a profit directly from fletching.

Here's how I made some profit while fletching. This requires 55 mage, 60+ woodcutting, the higher the better, and 70+ fletching.

In your inventory have a knife, some nature runes, and a woodcutting axe, and have a fire staff equipped equipped. Head to the gnome stronghold. The area south of the agility training area you can pick flax, spin it into bow strings (by going up the stairs/ladder/whatever), than cut down yew logs, cut them into unstrung bows, string them and alch them. Not only is it not that repetetive compared to stringing bows forever and ever and ever, but you make about 400-500gp per alch.

EDIT: This only works if you enjoy fletching. Back in the day fletching used to be my favourite skill, and that is the only reason why I liked doing this.

As mentioned above, no you can't really make a profit, you either equal out or lose money

Finally on here to update that I have officially quit! It's been fun.
