You get like 4gp per table if you give it to Ghrim, that's not even enough to cover the extra butler costs to getting the guy to run it to the bank, let alone the huge amount of extra time (double?). Best idea is Oak Larders, but if you are over level 74 construction then it would be Oak Dungeon doors. ~It's Super Effective!
