mining pure ess is good, if you feel like training and getting cash try flesh crawlers about 100k per run, if you want more per run leave all herbs but rannars and get fire and noted ores you'll get well over 150k and a good amount of exp

Try collecting seconds for herblore? Seems like a good way.

CT green dragons are an option, using the prayer method.

 

Not too sure about the cash, but its about 150k to 200k with your stats.

I dont suggest CT Green Dragons i suggest the level 12 wildy green dragons west of Dark Knight Keep

 

 

 

Should be fun they drop clue scrolls as well.
