Search chests found in the upstairs of shops in Port Sarim.

 

 

 

Before you ask, I've looked at the Tip.It Treasure Trails guide, and I have tried the Port Sarim food shop. If this refers to Wydin's store, there is no upstairs. Please help before I drop the clue in frustration. <3:
