    If you have endless money, you still can't literally "BUY" skills, you need to grind the items you buy with the money, I hate the expression because you AREN'T really buying skills, just doing the slighty quicker route.

    310HP is WAY too much, the max hp on most bosses is 250, and this is a F2P boss, make it to 150-200 :thumbup:

    It definiatly should NOT top the DFS stats, nobody likes dragon armour so why make more junky, ugly armour that everyone dumps after a period of time.

    Rune crossbow, Guthans is outdated, Use broad all the way to jad and use Diamond (e) for jad.

    Nvm, special of course #-o Use maximium strength bonus, Strength amulet, full bandos/torso are good items.
