Ok so I'm missing just two of the subquests for RFD, and the people i asked forgot to mention a couple requirements i needed before i started. So for the last one, with the moneky, i need 70 cooking, and i only have 63. What is the cheapest way to get me to 70 in a short amount of time? And it also says i need 176 quest points to do the final fights. Again, no one told me and i have only 169. So can someone recommend a feq quests that are short and i have ths stats for? Thanks!

You can do RFD monkey part with 67, use chefs delight.

Just buy lobsters, cook, then sell them back. Won't even take an hour to 67.

You can do Ape Atol bit with 65 cooking and Chef's delight (M).

 

 

 

Just do tuna or lobsters.

Not even 67, I did it with chefs delight and 66. I just cooked lobsters in rogues den for about 45 mins to get from 50-66.
