There is no more street prices really, only for equippable rares cause pumpkins/easter eggs ect aren't worth the value.

Nobody NEEDS a 99, it's a personal choice although, I would work for a more "respected" skill cape if you need one that badly, seriously Strength is the most popular skillcape there is.. :wall: Stop flaming in this thread. 70+ is best, but late 60's works, It really doesen't matter aslong as you are 60+
