They are team-capes, they make anyone (apart from a friend or someone in clan chat) a blue dot on mini-map, you can find the people selling them all over the wild.

Get a extra few millons, then buy DFS+Torag+Whip

Cowhides, kill cows behind lumbridge windmill, they have a deposit box right by the cow pen.

Good idea but it would be easy to RWT.

You can't attack in mining guild in PVP it's a safespot.

Once dropped, you can regain them from Thessila or Diango, so the player with a scythe can keep regaining millons for little effort.

I find it rather effective with bone bolts, I've hit 29 with bone bolts special, no potions no prayers, void though. I agree, it is a very good weapon to special, seeing as rangers don't get many good bow specials.

How about adding in the Zanik's crossbow from the newest quest? It's 12 ranged attack less than the rune crossbow and has a rather strong special, It's stronger on enemies wearing God armour so perhaps it would be good for Spirtual mages/warriors?

It would be very unlikely. I cut 8k yews once, never got the egg. And MTK is another chance of a raven egg.
