287 Slayer is ultimately the worst way of training melee/range, and even worse for range - Sure it's fine if you wanna train 2 skills at once, but for melee or range, it's the worst experience imo.

Rune shortsword is better stab then dagger. but i still use dagger because of the speed That's a terrible idea. Scimitar will outhit dagger 3 to 2 on any armor. Dagger v Rune plate? GF Rune plate

Okok, I'll give you some tips & ideas here: ZMI - Perfect if you want fast rc xp, and not many runes(MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LUNAR) Natures - Another perfect one; If you want money/alch, if not just go with ZMI. Law assisting - Nice way to get free XP but can be slow, and you get no runes. For rcing wear; Any hat/helm of choice(Skillcape hoods or none I recommend) The best d'hide you can wear(Incase of attack by random/using abyss) Boots of lightness. Spottied(Er) cape Pickaxe(If using abyss) Any shield or none.

I think only if you didn't steal the armadyl staff then you can - Otherwise, keep killing it's not 100% :)
