How many of the quests required to complete desert treasure are required to get far enough to obtain the ring of visibility?

Well that's what I'm asking, do you have to finish all of them just to start the quest?

 

 

 

Some of those quests could just unlock a person or place that's needed for a latter stage of the quest, meaning that I wouldn't need to do it if I just wanted to the ring of visibility for now.

Check you quest list and click on desert treasure. Any quest that is listed on there MUST be completed otherwise it wont have a line through it, and wont allow you to start the quest.

I don't think you need any quests in order to get to that part. Just do the quests that are required to start Desert Treasure and then you shouldn't have to do any more to get to that part.

Though you can start without the stat requirements, not that it will do you any good, (you need thieving, and thats probably the hardest stat to get)

As in all quests, if there is a quest requirement to start it (say, for Desert Treasure), you must COMPLETE all the quests (which is why it's a requirement!).

 

 

 

You don't have to FINISH Desert Treasure to get the ring, but to get the ring, you have to have all the requirements of the Desert Treasure quest (inc. the completed prerequisite quests).
