February 9, 200917 yr Magic axes in lv 55 wild is a safe place that gives around 50k xp/hr, cause you need a lockpick to enter in the area. They are agressive, so you can be like afk for a while, till they get unnagressive.
February 9, 200917 yr Varrock is hotzone. Ardougne is all hotzone. Falador is hotzone. Everywhere in wilderness is hotzone. Remember you need to be risking 75k+ at all times. For lower levels, your potential runs out faster and it seems like you get less drops as well. However, junk doesn't necessarily mean that you are low/mid potential. Things like Skeletal and Rockshell... Power Ammys... that stuff is mid.
