It's like a windmil where only you can get the flour you make. Only you can take the bars you make. Rather than sell noted ore to him, I think you use it on him (or talk to him) and he will unote ore at pre GE prices which are MUCH cheeper than the current price would be to sell and buy back. Don't forget to bring alching runes, running to the bank would make this a cheep method thats slower than the second coming of christ. Also don't forget to help out everyonce in a while.
