February 10, 200917 yr Is bice blitz or ice burt even worth it for pvp or is barrage the only really effective one? February 10, 200917 yr Either blitz or burst has a delayed reaction.. I forget which. With this delay you can mage them, then rush in and D-claw/Ags/Dark Bow spec them and more than likely K-O the opponent before they know what hit them. Although, if you do this you need to pick your targets wisely, and as always be aware of the ever present PJ'er.
