February 11, 200917 yr Skip frame and just use CSS. You can achieve pretty much the same result, but css is a lot easier to manipulate (ie with javascript). True, frames aren't used a whole lot anymore and there are better methods to achieve the same result. But since this example is homework for a class, he probably doesn't have much choice.
