I've heard it said both ways. But might as well wear it for any other drops :D

Well I guess it is a rare drop, doesn't hurt to wear it anyway.

I want to say no..but the ring of wealth doesn't help much in general, which is why I don't bother wearing one. In fact, I've gotten better drops without one than with one.
