February 12, 200917 yr I like to kill them for tasks. Today i got to kill 320 of them in 2 tasks, took me around 2 hours for it. Its very fast to kill, don't forget high alchs :P

February 13, 200917 yr Proselyte/strength-boosting gear, pray protect from ranged and piety, alch the fremmenik swords, shields and helms. You won't need any food, but you'll certainly need prayer potions.
