1) Celerons are less expensive than Pentium4 chips due to smaller L2 caches. Some Celerons have no L2 cache, but 128KB on-die cache was added in 1999. They are cheaper than P4's but ultimatly slower even for the same GHz

To answer question three, yes, you will need to open your computer to install a new video card. Installing RAM however, is very easy, and will take you about 40 seconds. I dont recommend installing a new video card until you have some more experience though.

im only 14 so i gota pretty low budget so i'll probably get a 9200.

ahmm how low? You can get a 9800Pro on Ebay for like $80 bucks tops. Then you can flash it to a 9800XT. Else just get a 9600XT which is like $50 bucks lol.
