February 14, 200917 yr I think I'm on my way to dealing with my signature crowding problem. But just in case, here's a few stuff I've been working on. As always, cc is acknowledged and appreciated ;) . ^ Refresh for a new signature ^
February 14, 200917 yr The megaman tag is the best in here. It is really good blending and I love the style. The others seem a bit too well blended in, dull, and without that certain focal point. So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends. RPG is constantly dealing with psycho exes.Muggi reminds us of the joys of polygamy.Saq is totally oblivious to how much chicks dig him.I strike out every other week.Kalphite wages a war against the friend zone.Randox pretty much stays rational.Etc, etc
February 14, 200917 yr #1: Not great IMO. The main problem is the negative space on the sides, the white doesn't work with the orange and red. Overall, the colour scheme just isn't great, and the negative space, effects and focal placement make for quite a boring signature. #2: Better. The subtle affects actually work quite well IMO, but it's too monotone. I'd either make it B&W and adjust the brightness/contrast if necessary or take of the filter/whatever that's causing the colour scheme to be like this. #3: It's just way too brushy. it doesn't actually look that bad, but tech brushes aren't a great way to make a background/create effects. Try something a little more original. pixel avvy by me deviantART
February 14, 200917 yr Example of fior = example for. I love the smudging used in that signature same goes with the colours (Except yellow :P), really caught my eye. Offtopic: Could you link me that render?
February 14, 200917 yr Author Thanks for all the cc so far, especially that last bit of visual feedback - it really is helping a lot! I got that render from a render pack I downloaded but unfortunately, I forgot which one -.- . I've just uploaded the PNG image onto imageshack though, and I'll PM you with it shortly. ^ Refresh for a new signature ^
