1 raw bird meat, 1 gold charm, and some spirit shards + pouch.

how u make them?

Once you have done the wolf whistle quest and have 52 summoning you take the materials needed for the pouch to an obelisk (there's one in Taverly) and infuse the materials into a pouch.
