February 19, 200917 yr Rings of slaying are 75 slayer points until you buy ability to make them and have 75 creafting. They are not tradable:(

February 19, 200917 yr Its well worth the cost of moving your house as opposed to using points on rings when you are tring to save them. Keep your house in polli til you can buy make ring ability and when you can make them then move your house whereever you had/want it.
