Months ago, maybe over a year, it was called the Dd(s) for Dragon Dagger (Super-poisoned), and then the other two were still Dd(p+) And Dd(p) but a while ago they changed it to Dd(p++) to make it less complicated.

I'm pretty sure it was called 'Dragon dagger(s)' before, then they changed it to 'Dragon dagger(p++)' to stop some confusion on something...
