This is usually how I go about finding out how to get things like that I need again. Unless someone here can tell you directly from memory. A little work and I am sure you can figure it out yourself though. I am not doing everything for you. I will head you in a direction so you can find out on your own though.

Go to the dungeon in the Gnome village thing maze, and go to the right upon entry. Search the boxes for a key. Then go to the left of the entrance and past the hobgoblins. Talk to whatsisface and get the pebble. Go to glarials tomb with no armor or runes, but some food and use the pebble on the tomb. It's somewhere inside the tomb, I think it's directly north of the entrance past the moss giants. Search the casket and voila
