If you really want to mine addy, you'd probably be better off going to the Lumbridge Swamp or the Grand Tree and world hopping. Or, if you don't mind the risk, you could go to the hobgoblin mine in the wilderness or the Jatizso mine. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Even 6 rocks isnt worth the trek there, as you will find out. For your question: No, it will be empty. If you're really set on mining addy, mine at the rocks near lletya, the elf crystals will tele you right near the bank and the rocks are not too far away. I believe there are 5 or 6 addy rocks there.
