I'm pretty sure you have to spend more points. Correct me if I'm wrong, though. Tools crumble to dust after being fully used and cannot be recharged. The armour/weapons when degraded will still be useable and keep the same stats, but will not grant double exp. These can be recharged for a reduced price (26 to buy legs, 20 to recharge for example) Want to be my friend?
