Draconic Visage + dragon leggs (Editted Question)

Through slayer I have have had 21 metal dragons task ( I kept track). None of them were bronze. Lets take an average of 40 for each task. That is at least 840 kills. The week visages came out I spent the entire week there at about 2 hours a day. Lets say I killed at least 30 dragons per hour which isn't a hard task. That is 420 kills. I have also probably killed at least 500 dragons outside of those times. Lets estimate my kills to be around 1500-2000. I have had 1 skirt there and thats it. So just because it may be 1/100 for a drop its doesn't automatically mean you will get a drop.

There really is not drop rate but I've gotten both from an Iron.

 

 

 

Visiage took about 2.5k kills and Dragon legs was at about 3k.

 

 

 

Got lucky with the visiage but for some reason I never get any dragon items :roll:

 

 

 

Idk how people say it's 1/100...theres no way it's that common.

REMEMBER, its not 1 every 100 kills

 

 

 

its a percantage chance of getting a drop, so you have a 1% chance of getting per kill.

 

 

 

so those of you who complain about never getting a kill, look at like this:

 

 

 

you flip a coin a 1000 coins, there is a chance that it will land on heads a 1000 times.

 

 

 

same with dragons, theres a chance it will land on nothing 1000 times

 

With NO luck factor (there is none) after millions and millions of kills (we will say 100 million) one million (give or take a few hundred) would be introduced in to the game.

Statistically, the probability that the accuracy of the probability is likely inaccurate. As others said, that certainly doesn't mean that after 100 kills, one of said item is created, it's only a determined median and a long out dated one at that. We have no idea if they have raised the probability or not. Until we do, contradicting the previous statement, we can only determine that the released statement is true. Any such attempt to recreate said probability cannot be taken as true, as there is no chance for someone to slay enough dragons to determine the accuracy of the probability. The only possible method then, is by word-of-mouth which is extremely unreliable.

I wouldn't trust the drop rates very much, it's just how lucky you are.

 

From my personal experience, I have killed over 2500 iron dragons and about 600 steel dragons with a ring of wealth and I only got 2 pairs of dragon legs (on my second and fourth task :) ) and also I killed 50 something iron dragons without wealth, and I got a visage :?

 

So if you plan on killing metals for loot, good luck, I hope you are one of the few people who gets a visage in the first 100 kills -.-
