with your level i'd say do what i did on f2p and smith mith at al kahrid. When i was your level it was about 600 mith bars till the next one, so i'd make 50K profit a time, other than that smithing the bars then the highest items you can make is always good exp.

Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.

It depends if you want 100% profit no matter what you make. If you buy the ores and just make the bars on a furnace then you'll get around 200gp profit per bar. If you buy the ores then smith the bars then make it into say mith daggers then i have no idea how much you'll loose but it'll be a hefty sum. If you mine the ores then you can do whatever you want with it and will never make a loss, though the time spent mining could be used else where unless you do like mining alot. And the final option is the superheat item spell as mentioned by pinguimmaiden, however you do loose 18gp per bar (that's if you have a fire staff and don't have to buy the fire runes and nature runes), and when you're 70 you'll only loose 1gp per addy bar.
