March 7, 200917 yr After you complete dealing with Scabaras you can make an enchanted water tiara which you use one water rune on for 1 drink of a waterskin. So if you used 500 water runes on it you basically carry 125 waterskins. Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Actually, it takes 3 water runes for one drink. not like it matters, water runes are cheap and can save alot of time banking/refilling waterskins when mining granite I'm gonna be walking down an alley in varrock, and walka is going to walk up to me in a trench coat and say "psst.. hey man, wanna buy some sara brew"walka92- retired with 99 in attack, strength, defence, health, magic, ranged, prayer and herblore and 137 combat. some day i may return to claim 138 combat, but alas, that time has not yet come
