Major Profit Hunting For A Growing Level 77

Featured Replies

hiya guys, im just wondering if anyone has any advice for a money hungry level 77 :)

i want to go into monster hunting, against monsters with a high yield/good dragon item ratio

does anyone know what monsters im capable of fighting at a profit, which carry a good chance of big items

As it stands my main hunts consist of killing blue dragons/greater deamons/fire giants

but of all the hunts ive done, not once have i noticed a nice dragon item on the floor, which is something id like to see

anyone know anything to help? :)

You can't really kill any of the *big* monsters that drop dragon items. Though if you have a decent range level you may want to try Aviansies.

Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens was a catostrophic geological event, in reality it was the day that Jimi Hendrix returned to Earth from the next world and actually stood up next to a mountain and chopped it down with the edge of his hand.

at lvl 77 his def lvl will be far to low to try aviansies: hell get hit to often and that will reduce the amount of money made.

idd try barrows with ppots/safespot it can bring u a decent profit or fight against cockroaches and bank in edge or fish in barb village: they give a nice amount of laws and r scims and u can get a drag scim from it.

im a melee/magic specialist

both high costing when hunting, prayer potions and runes a dam expensive these days :(

63 Hitpoints

62 Attack, 66 Strength, 60 Defence

44 Prayer

57 Magic

32 Ranged

Those are the stats i have avaliable to me, strength is pretty close to 67 as it stands

I can kill anything up to iron dragons, but the sheer cost with prayer potions dosent make this option viable unless i score dragon platelegs every trip

so what would be the best droppers to get me money for an abby whip? i think once ive got that weapon i can pretty much jump in what things i can fight

at 44 pray he'll waste tons of ppots... and since his range is 32 i dont think aviansies are still an option :P

Well lets put it this way, i used the reccomended method for iron dragons from this site

wasting pots? i was 60k down at the end of the trip

Abyssal demons are the only whip-dropping monsters in the game. Sadly for you, they require lvl85 slayer..... So money making for a whip is what you need to do.

In order to get ready for better monsters to fight, you might want to do some slayer. You get to see some of the places in RS that may be new to you, you get variety in monsters to slay, and you almost always make a profit on a task, as well as charms you may need in case you want to train summoning. It is a nice mxed bag of training skills, which is why I like it. Mind you, it is not the most efficient way to train combat skills, gathering charms, make money etc. individually, but as a whole I personally find it the way to train my skills.

With your stats yes. With 60+ prayer and 61+ range no, its actually very profitable.

Praying green dragons in the CT should be a decent profit at your levels.
