March 12, 200917 yr I'm thinking about buying Guthans. I was wondering what are the best monsters to kill with guthans? And what are the best training methods to maximize the effect/ Guthan armor? Thanks

Drops: Misc: Abyssal Whip x28 , Dark Bow x5, Beserker Ring x3, Warrior ring x1 Dragon: Dragon Platelegs x2 , Dragon Plateskirt x2, Dragon Boots x38, Dragon Med Helm x4, Shield left half x3 Godwars: Godsword shard x13, Bandos Hilt x3, Bandos Chestplate x6, Bandos Tassets x4, Bandos Boots x5, Saradomin Sword x1, Zamorakian Spear x1,. Armadyl Helm x2, Armadyl chestplate x2.
March 12, 200917 yr do slayer with with the plate and legs equipped, and when you get to half hp (this depends on the monster you're fighting) equip helm and spear and heal to full hp. rinse and repeat.
March 12, 200917 yr Its good for camping monsters like fire giants as you can wear the helm, body and legs with a whip + shield (run defender in this case) then switch to the spear when you get low hp. Its becoming more obsolete as bunyip and other familiars offer a more constant healing with less hassle. March 12, 200917 yr I also use Guthans when I tank for a friend at Bandos. Does pretty well seeing as we can get 40+ kills doing a 3 man. YA, but i found that its quite useful if bunyip cant keep up with monsters, like the fire giants in the chaos tunnels. But once i got 79 summoning i sold guthans as titans healed, fought, and boosted defense some.
