I'm wanting to get Dragon Slayer done, and I don't know what gear to bring.

 

 

 

I have 55 Magic 45 Prayer 40 Attack 40 Strength ~35 Defence (going up) and 11 Range :oops: .

 

 

 

So, I assume safespot maging would be the most effective method? Even if she's more resilient to mage attacks?

 

 

 

How should I go about assaulting this beast?

She's really easy. Just bring full adamant with a rune scimitar and anti-dfire shield, and a full inventory of tuna (for cheapness).

Try using 1 anti-fire potion?

 

 

 

Unless you are f2p, do not mage him. She is unsafespotable (NEW WORD!). Her breath can chase you all over the room. (just like any other mage spell)

But not from the fire breath. And with mage robes, fire breath will hit constant 8's. (I know I did this on a lvl 45 account, almost got owned with a capital P)

I read somewhere anti-fires don't work...

Easy, I did it without the protect prayers at your lvls.

 

 

 

Just melee and use protect from mage. It will be simple.

 

 

 

And maybe 6 lobs or so.

I did it at a fairly low level and mage seemed to do nicely. Just bring sharks and mage it with earth blast or fire blast if you get to 59 mage. Protect from mage does help some as well. Just bring your mage equipment and anti d fire shield and you'll survive.
