there is no point to pking if you don't risk, 3 item drops are crap. the best thing you can get is like an amulet of power. I would suggest if you do not want to risk a lot then just pk in f2p.

You need to risk 75k in order to get good loot. Non skulled dharoks (vengeance helps) with like a glory and dragon mace is fine
