March 17, 200917 yr f2p is a lead up to members if you could get all of the best stuff in f2p then p2p would be pointless. F2P is not a "lead up" or even a "demo" for members... It's the actual game. Members just pay for the bonus skills, items, games and areas. But to answer your question, OP, skill capes are members only and I am 99% sure they will stay that way. Apparently, my signature was to big.
